Fashioned from select premium USA hickory, these sticks are characterised by their unique appearance and outstanding visibility under all playing conditions. Following a strict inspection to insure an absolute, uncompromising standard of quality, the sticks are finished with the 11-step finishing process, which distinguishes them from any other drumstick in the world. Macrolus sticks feature the strike zone. This zone is created by compressing the top layers of wood in the rim-shot area of the drumstick with a 5-ton press. Because of the increased density which is created in this outer layer, the stick is more durable and more capable of withstanding rim-shot impact.

The Promark Hot Rods are made of premium birch dowels, allowing you to get the feel of a regular stick but nowhere not achieve the same volume. Perfect for unplugged, acoustic sets or where quietness is needed, Hot Rods provide articulation without the volume. A Promark Wrap grip provides a stable grip when playing, whilst the grip half way up the stick keeps the dowels tight, aiding with the sticks articulation.
