This HH Mid Max Stax pack comes from the mind of former Dream Theater drummer Mike Portnoy, who has a variety of Max cymbals which are named after his son. This Mid Max Stax consists of a 10-inch Max Stax China Kang and a Max Stax Splashwhich are designed to be used stacked on top of one another. By stacking these cymbals you get a unique, trashy sound that makes the Max Stax cymbals such a colourful addition to your drum kit. It has the trashiness of a china, while the splash provides some clarity and extra body. It’s a fun effect to play with and a cool way to punctuate certain quick beats
The cymbals are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or keyholing, and barely any surface signs of usage.
