The Pearl Primero Box Cajon, Figured Cherry is a high-quality percussion instrument that won’t break the bank. With an Asiatic Pine Hardwood construction, it produces sharp, crisp sounds upon contact. Its fixed spiral-wire type snares are ideal for Spanish Flamenco style playing, while the front plate offers maximum bass and an ultra-sensitive, tonally appropriate snare response.
A built-in bass port accents the natural low-end from the pine, improving the distinction between the bass and snare whilst also letting the cajon be easily miked for live performances. Its rich, brown faceplate features wavy streaks that impart a mesmeric effect to put you at the centre of any ensemble.
