The body is constructed from 7 layers of plywood birch (9mm), the back from 5 layers of plywood birch (7mm) and the front from 3 layers of plywood birch (3mm). Put together this produces a clear responsive tone that is a pleasure to play. The Cajon has 2 pairs of V shaped tunable internal strings (tuning key included) which allows you to customise the sound to your personal taste.
